Who May Qualify

  • You purchased a Ninja single-serve blender (any model above); and
  • The blender ruptured, burst, or its blades injured you, causing burns or lacerations requiring medical treatment; and
  • You still have the blender. This matters more than anything: the device is the evidence. Do not return it, discard it, or send it to the manufacturer. Store it, along with the cup, lid, and blade assembly, exactly as they were after the incident.

No Recall Doesn’t Mean No Case

Unlike the Foodi pressure cookers, most Ninja blender models have not been recalled, and manufacturers routinely point at users (“overfilled,” “blended hot liquids”) instead of their designs.
