(Tuscaloosa County, Alabama July 4, 2022) — On Sunday morning, July 3, 2022, Cameron A. Parks of Madison, AL was tragically killed after Chance K. Mizzell, of Woodstock, crashed head on into Parks’s 2018 Mazda 3.

According to the Alabama law enforcement agency (ALEA), the accident occurred on Interstate 59 about two miles south of Brookwood in Tuscaloosa County. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.

Mizzel was 25 and Parks was 24. ALEA continues to investigate the crash.
