(Birmingham, Alabama December 26, 2021) – On Christmas day, December 25, 2021, Marie Blaycock, 51, of Springville tragically died in a single vehicle car crash after the Toyota 4Runner she was in left the road and overturned. The crash occurred on Carson Road near Johnson Drive in Center Point, AL. Blaycock was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. A second adult was taken to UAB hospital with serious injuries and four or five children passengers were taken to Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the crash.
