(Montgomery, Alabama April 11, 2022) — Late Friday evening before midnight, a woman from Montgomery, AL was tragically killed in a two vehicle crash on I-85 northbound near Chantilly Parkway.

According to the Alabama State Troopers, the driver of one of the cars, Sonya McIntosh, 43, had life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The Alabama state troopers continue to investigate the crash.
