(Birmingham, Alabama January 10, 2022) — On January 8, 2022, 20-year-old man was killed in eastern Jefferson County.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Noah Blake Howard from Springville, AL.

Authorities said Howard was the driver and lone occupant of a vehicle traveling north in the 7500 block of Old Springville Road in Pinson. Shortly before 2:30 a.m., Howard’s vehicle left the road and struck a vehicle, causing him to be thrown from the vehicle.
