Donnie is a trial lawyer focusing on cases involving catastrophic 18-wheeler, motorcycle, and automobile wrecks; industrial accidents; defective products; wrongful death; and premises liability. He primarily works out of our Montgomery office.
After graduating law school, Donnie began his career representing clients with a variety of legal needs. He has handled property insurance claim disputes, landlord-tenant problems, probate matters, criminal defense, and personal injury cases. Donnie also served as an assistant city attorney for the city of Guntersville, Alabama. The main driving force in Donnie’s law practice has been his desire to represent individuals in need of help rather than defending large corporations.
Donnie grew up in Wetumpka, Alabama where he attended Holtville High School. Donnie then attended Auburn University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology. While at Auburn, Donnie joined the Auburn University football team and was a member of the 2010 National Champion Auburn Tigers. After graduating from Auburn, Donnie went across the state and earned his law degree from the University of Alabama.
Donnie prides himself on hard work and dedication to his clients. Donnie is actively involved in the Church of Christ, and he currently lives in Wetumpka, AL.
